Australian dairy brands “Bega” and “Pauls Zymil” launched
Indian consumers will soon get to sample and taste iconic Australian dairy brands “Bega” and ‘Pauls Zymil”.
In a launch, facilitated by The Australian Trade Commission, the dairy brands will be initially available in Eastern and North Eastern India, followed by launches in Northern, Southern and Western India. Bega and Pauls Zymil are the first ever Australian dairy brands to be launched in Eastern and North Eastern India

Pauls Zymil is a part of Australian dairy major Parmalat Australia that specialises in the production of branded milk, dairy products and yoghurt. Pauls Zymil is easy to digest lactose free, low fat natural milk.
Speaking about the launch of Australian dairy brands, Mr Michael Carter, Trade Commissioner, Australian Trade Commission said, “The growth in India’s burgeoning middle class is expanding the range of products which Indian families purchase in store. They are buying for convenience, choice, quality and above all a new taste experience. Australia has a strong international reputation for clean, green, high quality processed foods under well established Australian brands has particularly strong relevance to Indian consumers and Australian brands have a great opportunity to expand their market share in India. Under the ‘Utsav Australia” programme, The Australian Trade Commission has been creating awareness on Australia’s capabilities and showcasing Australian expertise across a wide range of sectors to further strengthen Australian exports to India”.
